 Working as an industrial Engineer on ''Advanced Electronic Company’’ on A Military Projects. Also as a one of the champions
team of the AEC whose develop the company.

 Attended the 7th Saudi Engineering Conference about (Towards Engineering Environment to Merge Competitive Global Economy) in King Saud University.
 Member of Saudi council of engineers.
 Attended a technical report meeting and program management review meeting in UK in a BAE system with 4 others companies which was one week at the end of 2009.
 Prepared many a proposals of new projects in Canada, USA and UK.
 Calculated a standard time for military projects in AEC in 2009.
 Reduced 10% of a standard time and the actual time of SMS project in 2010.
 Developed a standard time library that will be useful in the proposal for any new project in AEC.
 Prepared a Key Performance Indicator (KPI’s) sheet for the entire projects in AEC with a micro investigation to control the projects in 2009-2010.
 Control and improve a visual control boards in AEC for all projects in 2011.
 Preparing RF report every month for SMS project in AEC with a micro investigation and prepare a variance analysis team meeting every month.
 Reviewing the staff’s performance with Setting up and meeting performance goals and targets for speed, efficiency, and quality
 Reduced the cost of cleaning material to at least 22 000 SR per annul with reduced hours of work for the cleaning machine from 96 hours of work per year to 32 hours of work per year.
