 Responsible for developing, implementing, evaluating, and administer energy conservation programs and analyzing current energy usage for developing the district's energy management plans in order to provide proper environmental conditions with cost effective energy utilization and proper usage of natural resources for all facilities of Pirelli Egypt factory site. Develop budgets, set company goals, and meet with other company different strategies.
 Develop and implemented overall operation and scheduling appointments of maintenance activities and programs beside develop scope of work for HVAC equipment, industrial Cooling chilled water machineries, compressed air station, Boilers house, Water treatment and desalination plants, hot water pumping station, digital controls, remote metering, firefighting system, steam distribution conservation measures,
 Define RISK areas and actions required to eliminate hazards for target of Zero accidents
 Hire, train, and mentor other engineers and supporting staff
 Direct and coordinate production, operations, quality assurance, testing, or maintenance in industrial plants.
 Discuss and lay out project specifications &Make detailed plans to accomplish goals. Beside Review, approve, or modify product designs.
 Prepare budgets, bids, and contracts, Negotiate research contracts, Approve expenditures, Review and recommend contracts and Develop cost estimates.

Reporting to both Factory and Engineering Manager as Lead the role of the factory Projects Activities for: plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. Beside also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.

8. Propose appropriate specialist contractors, systems and manufacturers for the project.
9. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
10. Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

Responsibilities included safe operation, problem identification, troubleshooting, lock out / tag out, and preparation of equipment for preventive maintenance.
