1. Facility Coordinator and Maintenance
• Coordinate Supervise and Inspection renovations of the existing premises and the construction of new premises.
• Supervise and coordinate the workers who maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, cooling, ventilation systems, other building systems and Receive and review daily reports and invoices.
• Inspecting premises to identify maintenance issues, such as clogged drains, ceilings, water leakage, all electrical issues, cooling and ventilation systems and other building systems.
• Supervise and Inspection renovations of the existing facilities and the construction of new facilities.
• Coordinate and follow up with the owners of buildings in KSA.
• Projects planning and controlling.
• Inspects work completion.
• Coordinates and inspect contractor work in all locations.
2. Building Facilities Coordinator:
• Enter and process the department's purchase requests (PR) in the system and follow up with procurement and finance to complete the order.
• Maintain the essential facility services such as water, phone lines and mail required for all Zain offices in central region and support other regions, and follow up on the service bills to ensure these services continuity.
• Ensure that office supplies are properly stocked and all staff members report as scheduled.
• Make sure office machines and other furniture are operating as expected.
• Determine the budget for staff and supplies.
3. Documentation & Administrative Assistant:
• Established Full Archiving system - all received and Send corresponding Letters (hard copy).
• Archive all Building Owner Lease Agreement.
• Follow the payment for suppliers and Building owners.
• Issue the required Arabic or English letters to Customer, Supplier or Custom Authorities…etc.
• Generating all reports.
