As a Construction Engineer (Quantity Surveyor) main duties were:
* Working Details during Tendering Duties & Responsibilities:
- Measure quantities and prepare cost estimate
- Prepare the Bills of Quantity (BQ) based on the tender BQ given by developer.
- Fill in the works rates evaluate the tender cost.
- Attend the interview as a representative of the company.
* Working Details during Execution Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handles the claims and progress payment of work excited during construction stage.
- Handles the claims and progress payment of sub-contractors.
- Organize a site valuation together with sub-contractors representative and a site personnel to valuate claims.
- Evaluate the variation Order (VO) and analysis the undertaken cost for VO work.
- Prepare rebar schedule
As a Civil Supervisor Engineer main duties were:
* Working as office Engineer Duties & Responsibilities:
- Preparing construction methods and work procedures for all civil works required at site and precast yard.
- Prepare all details drawing and permits for all works to be executed in 2 weeks look ahead schedule.
- Perform accurate Quantity Takeoffs and materials pricing.
- Liaison with design department to solve discrepancies, providing suggestions after discussion with client construction representatives at site.
- Prepare Technical Quarries’ (TQs), raise and evaluate the relevant Change Order (CO) accordingly.
- Assure red line (as-built) drawings are kept up to date in the field.
* Working as Site Supervisor Duties & Responsibilities:
- Organizing, Directing, and supervising site labours and the delivery of the required construction materials, plant and equipment.
- Coordination of daily site and precast yard activities.
- Rise a daily, weekly, and monthly reports sequentially as required for the work executed.
- Liaison with quality and assurance department to confirm compliance of the executed civil works at site with the required procedure and specifications.
- Liaison with client to get all approval of the work executed.
- conduct a desk study for the project going to be study for Road survey and design
- prepare all survey instrument and other equipment needed for the team.
- conduct all survey work and take all measurement required.
- generate the road detail as profile and cross section detail drawing using civil 3D.
