(Manpower Planning and Recruiting)
- Execute the man-power planning activities, including coordinating with all departments to identify Human Resource needs and taking into account strategic objectives of the Center and HR strategy and plan.
- Execute the recruiting process, including coordinating with relevant department to identify needs, searching for candidates, screening CVs, performing interviews and handling the documentation and paperwork to hire an employee.
(Training and Development)
- Identify the training needs of human resources in the center in cooperation with the concerned departments to improve and develop the technical and administrative skills in line with the priorities of the Center.
- Create and update career development plans for all employees at the Center, and assess training needs accordingly.
-Prepare cost models for assignments and training to attend events, receive reports, and forward requests for payment and settlement Finance department.
Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
