- Ethernet Service Expansion Program
o Successful implementation for 76 Ethernet Network-to-Network (NNI) partnerships worldwide, in very short time delivery (24 months) (exceeding the target by 36%). Every partnership starts with procurement cycle for selecting the best telecom company for partnership, then, designing the solution, shipping the equipment, installation, configuration and testing and handling to operations.
- China Telecom MPLS Gateways migrations
o Moving 250 customer connections from the old gateways connections to new gateways, in order to achieve better connectivity and decrease in costs (6M$), it was a big challenge to synchronize with all customers to allow the migration process in the same time, where a very high negotiation skills were demonstrated.
- Alcatel to CISCO backbone core network technology Upgrade
o This was a rescue program, being handled previously for 2 years without success, then overhanded to myself and my team. We have proudly delivered the project successfully in 6 months.

- Prepare tender documents (technical & financial proposals) through coordination with technical teams (for engineering consultancy & contracting projects and programs).
- Create project planning documents, including but not limited to: scope base-line, schedule base-line, cost base-line, quality targets, HR management plan, communications plan, Risk register, and procurement plan.
- Conduct negotiation meetings with the customers, present new solutions and proposals.
- Building successful relationships with customers and partners, facilitate their requirements and manage escalations.
- Introduce training courses in the field on project management to both governmental and privet sectors.

- Successful delivery for 100+ project management courses in different countries.

o Change the ordering process of Orange business Services in order to match the ordering process of France Telecom.
