• Assist Managers in identifying organizational training needs and participate in identifying skill gaps in their teams
• Contribute to development of in-house training courses, including the content and training materials
• Deliver in house training programs for the various departments within MAF Retail in a clear and engaging way to ensure maximum retention of information and application of newly learned skills
• Support the induction program for the new joiners, to provide them with information about the organization and MAF Retail policy and procedures
• Proactively identify and seek professional development opportunities to improve leadership and technical skills pertaining to the direct line of work.
• Led team meetings regularly to discuss progress updates, identify challenges or roadblocks, and provide guidance towards successful project completion.
• Monitor and report competitor activities (prices, promotional activities etc.) to ensure competitive advantage
