• Managing two of ROSHN project with total of 439 residential units and several private
company units in many locations in Riyadh, managing the architectural and interior
design team and project stakeholders internally and externally, managing directly
interior design manager, architectural manager, technical architect and draftsman.
• Manage all design stages Concept, Schematic, Detail, Authorities Submission,
Tendering and Construction Documentation and provides technical management,
leadership and coordination of multi-Discipline design delivery teams, coordination
and implementation of project specific requirements.
• Support construction team with all architectural finishing approvals and value
engineering on site.
• Multi-Disciplinary Design review and project coordination (Including Specialist and
Sub-Consultants).
• Oversight for production all project documentation, including Specifications &
Schedules Etc.
• Organizes and manages the design team and resources.
• Prepares and maintains Drawing Transmittal Register
• Ensure design is in compliance with relevant codes, standards, regulations and
requirements of local authority.
• Performance and Project Evaluation.

• Monitor and Facilitate initiatives to develop design manuals, standard design
documents, presentations, etc. to increase efficiencies, knowledge and awareness
across the wider architectural community.
• Prepare project design phase schedule and budget
• Coordinate with consultants for implementation of cost optimization across all design stages
• Lead and design projects from early concept through design development
• Conduct needed site assessments and collect required data to enable the preparation
of design drawings
• Oversee and review drawings designed by architects/engineers and establish/ implement procedures for processing and approving architectural drawings
• Review preliminary architectural studies for major new structures and alterations to existing structures and site development
• Support in initial draft of conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural, structural and services design in alignment with set preservation guidelines
• Provide preliminary evaluations of the program, schedule and design budget and oversee the preparation of schematic design drawings illustrating the project
• Ensure resolution of complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions
• Oversee the development of asset conceptual design, massing model, schematic design and detailed design ensuring alignment with development brief and secure needed approvals at each stage
• Ensure optimization of design in terms of cost and value analysis in compliance with approved master plan
• Managing and designing small to medium-scale projects both interior and exterior.
• Reviewing and coordinating architectural designs with consultants for different projects and tasks.
• Managing multiple construction projects with more than 20 million in cost including material and drawings approval, daily sites and technical visits.
• Developing implementation plans through understanding the end user requirements, identifying the required resources and procuring the design and construction contracts.
• Preparing cost estimates based on the received requirements.
• Negotiating cost and technical aspects of construction contracts.
• Designing the projects from scratch starting from programming, schematic design, design development and construction drawing.

1. Al-Oula Mountain Resort (total value 90.000.000 SR, built area 200.000 m2,
18 residential chalet).
2. Jeddah Crafts Market (total value 30.000.000 SR, built area 30.000 m2, 270 crafts market)
3. Bader Visitors Center (total value 7.000.000 SR, built area 900 m2)
4. Taif Desert Resort (total value 70.000.000 SR, built area 200.000 m2, 12 residential chalet).
5. Imex and STTIM exhibits.
