Accountabilities:
•Managing site team.
●Review Project schedules and budgets.
●Coordinate closely with Hotel Operator (Marriott) and with Client’s Development team.
●Review contractor, sub-contractor and vendor shop drawings, material, samples, and all technical submittals.
●Coordinate with MEP, structure, and other disciplines for ensuring all ID works are addressed adequately and consistent with design intent.
●Review all FF&E for all “Front of House’” areas of the hotel.
●Provide technical solutions, alternatives and value engineering.
●Ensure all interior work performed and all materials delivered to site are of satisfactory quality.
●Conduct required site inspections and verify detailing and workmanship.
●Ensure that the contractor, sub-contractors and vendors comply with operational standards.
●Document Project’s daily interior activities.
●Visit vendors’ factories to approve mock-ups or samples.
●Schedule Snagging and de-snagging inspections and prepare snag lists as applicable.

Accountabilities:
•Managing an overall team of 40 Staff divided in 3 offices (Dubai, Doha, Cairo)
•Interview, select, and recruit staff that has the right technical and personal abilities to increase the technical department staff from 6 to 40.
•Reviewing the project budget, time frame, schedule, milestones BOQ, contract, drawings, specifications and other related information.
•Ensure the preparation are being done and submitted in a timely manner.
•Attending progress meetings and workshop.
•Solving problems and find technical solutions for fabrication and installation.
•Coordinating closely with manufacturers/suppliers to make sure that all deliverables are within its time frame.
•Conducting regular internal meeting among the team to ensure that actions required are being done in accordance with the project requirement.
•To oversee the project to confirm desired result is achieved, the most efficient resources are used and the different interests involved are satisfied.
•Ensure the project is completed in accordance to the project program and within budget as such, project's objectives are met.
Accountabilities:
•Inspect shell and core premise, verify accuracy of LODs Landlord’s base-built provisions.
•To issue tenant with Tenant manual, LODs, relevant development/base build documents.
•Convene and conduct kick off meetings and follow up meetings to manage and facilitate with the entire design and fitting out process.
•Develop with the Clients principal designers, the design language and concepts to be captured in the Tenants Design Criteria (TDC) manual.
•Review all architectural shop drawings, Materials and finishes to meet the Mall Criteria Manual and Municipality/Civil Defense regulations.
•Liaise with the Tenant and the local municipality to seek permits and approval for works.
•To track, monitor and chase down completion of work stages to ensure timely completion of various stages of the design and fit-out work.
•To monitor daily site works (quality & safety) and compliance with the landlord’s approved design and statutory authorities’ regulations.
•To oversee the tenant’s fit-out program and conformance to landlord’s requirement
•To ensure that proper execution/correct item is being laid at appropriate and corresponding areas.

Accountabilities:
•Prepare design concept for twenty 5-store-residential buildings (Land scape, internal and external) and prepare the necessary presentations to the potential clients
•Making site survey and full site measurements.
•Ensure the preparation are being done and submitted in a timely manner.
•Coordination with project leaders and sub-contractors to ensure optimum distribution of the required resources of the project.
•Prepares corresponding monthly & weekly progress report (internal and external) to be submitted to the Client.
Residential and Retail projects
