• Supervising the preparation of Electric Submersible Pump (ESP), Equipments and Tools to be ready for Installation and work-over job.
• Responsible for assembling of (ESP) surface facility (SKID) to assemble Step UP Transformer, Step Down Transformer with Variable Speed Drive (VSD) and making precommissioning in the workshop before sending to well site.
• Preparing the Schedule of preventive maintenance for Equipments and Machineries.
• Performing (ESP) repairing as per guidance of manufacturer.
• Performing Dismantle Inspection Failure Analysis (DIFA) for damaged (ESP) units, preparing (DIFA) report and discussing the report with customers.
• Preparing Requisitions for more than 70 (ESP) back up units, spare parts, tools and testing devices to ensure enough stock in warehouse for smooth operation.
• Maintaining daily and monthly reports related to workshop activities.
• Providing training on (ESP) components for junior engineers and technician.
• Ensuring that all HSE procedures are implemented for any activities within my area of responsibility.
• February 2008: Invited by the ESP manufacturer company Novomet in Russia and trained there and selected as a team leader and trainer for engineers to perform the installing and assembling the ESPs and surfaces facilities
• May 2008: Promoted as senior field engineer and team leader for installation, inspection and trouble shooting the ESP systems.

• From December 2006 to May 2008: Employed as ESP Engineer with Canadian Emirates Western Engineering Company (Canadian Advanced): • Monitoring of VSD and ESP in operation and taking data acquisition of VSD and down hole and trouble shooting of surface
• Run the electrical submersible pump (ESP), implementing the assembly of surface and down whole equipment
• Essential care, Condition monitoring and preventive maintenance.
• Commissioning of ESP wells.
• Operate maintenance and troubleshooting ESP wells.

Current Projects: FPF Expansion project in Toma South and El-NAR FPF
The scope of the project consists of installing 2 FWKO vessels in Toma South FPF and 1 FWKO vessel in El-NAR FPF.I have followed the project from the installation up to the commissioning.
Installation and commissioning of Poster Pump in Midfield Pump Station
Bamboo Debottlenecking project and I have followed the project up to the commissioning. Scope of the project consisted of constructing produced water tank, skimmed oil tank, 2 skimmed oil pumps 1draw -off pump, installation of sand trap and crude oil export pump and re-routing of the existing piping.
Water Course Treatment (WCT) project in TOMA South FPF, El Nar FPF and El TOOR FPF
The scope of the project consists of constructing 2-produced water tanks and one skimmed oil tank and two skimmed oil pumps. I have followed and witnessed the Performance NDT Test
During this period, I also gained the project management knowledge beside work experience in engineering like quality inspection, physical inspection piping fabrication, hot taping, hydro testing, welding, radiographic testing, electromagnetic testing and NDT.
