• Deliver accurate and consistent project reporting information to meet the needs of the project team and finance management within the required timescales of the business unit and the wider group up to and including the preparation of the CSR’s (Contract Status Reports) /SSR (Summary Status Reports)and related trading plans.
• Reconcile the financial reports to the source ledgers to ensure integrity of the data provided.
• To work with suppliers in order to ensure costs are incurred in a timely manner and accurate records are being maintained in the Project Status Reports by the Project Leads.
• To assist in the preparation of post cost certificates for the various projects prior to closure.
• To provide sound financial advice and support to finance and non-finance personnel, maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
