o Ensures that applications meet business requirements and fulfill end user requirements.
o Reviews and analyzes existing applications effectiveness and efficiency.
o Plan and supervise rollout activities for all educational directorates.

Manage QA team to monitor / Audit ERP implementation at Ministry of Education (MOE).
Responsible for the delivery of the following services that are part of HP scope of work while fulfilling the acceptance criteria.
o Project Management Review
o Quality Management, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance
o Risk Management
o Deliverables and Staff Assessment
o System Test Assessment
Responsible for preparing and publishing biweekly, monthly, and quarterly status reports.
Responsible for preparing and presenting project status brief for executive committee.
Responsible for managing risks and issues in the assigned areas.
Ensure that project delivery follows agreed project management processes and standards.
Manage project scope and controls changes.
Deliverables & Staff Assessment - facilitate the review all project documentation (i.e., business requirements, system build and design documentations, technical documentation, management plans and project reports) and interview with key business and technical staff.
Quality Control - develop Quality Policies, Procedures, and Standards. Monitor, review, and report on QC activities and deliverables.
Quality Assurance -
o Monitor, report on Implementer activities, and review and report on all deliverables of the project.
o Review, evaluate, and report on QA for all activities and phases of the project.
o Evaluate, identify and recommend adjustments to required activities, tasks, resources, schedule and scope.
System Test Assessment - review, evaluate and report on all System Test Plans and execution.
•Look after major projects.
•Member of Project Management Office (PMO)
•Participated in developing of SBM Project Management Methodology (SPMM).
•I was assigned for Royal Commission project at Yanbu.
•Royal Commission is a strategic customer to SBM, I am maintaining customer relationship to ensure customer satisfaction and business continuity.
•Review and evaluate project status and risks.
•Verify hardware architecture and infrastructure among Royal Commission locations (Yanbu, Jubail, and Riyadh).
•Verify business solution and ensure that business requirements are fulfilled.
•Evaluate project team members and enforce implementation standards within the project.
•Project went live at Yanbu on January 2009,
•Project Manager for Ministry of Culture and Information project (+20 Millions Riyals), and looking after Royal commission rollout in Riyadh and Jubail.
