I am entirely responsible for the construction delivery of Macintosh House, reporting in directly to the Projects Directors. This project is one of the first ‘new builds' that 8build have on their portfolio, therefore it was my task to implement new Business procedures to comply with BS5975, guide the composition of inspection and testing plans for the structural frame in association with the basement. Whilst second in command on this project; it was my role to form the publications nessesary for the monthly project reports and associated programmes.

The redevelopment is to provide specialist medical accommodation over 7 floors with two levels of proposed basement which will be fitted out to provide a number of consulting and examination rooms along with supporting accommodation. The project is also targeted to achieve a BREEAM rating of Very Good.

Working on the most prestigious project in London, the No.22 Bishopsgate. On this skyscraper that is set to fill the void in between ‘The Gherkin' and ‘The Cheese grater' I was tasked to introduce, manage and maintain the Temporary Works process and design for this project. Implementing the company's set policy, being the first port of call in an external audit on this project with a total value of circa. £550m. As the construction phase advanced and the level of temporary works biased declined. I was then was assigned to take on the steel work package post the design stage, managing the consultants, architects and the supply chain to deliver the critical path on its 62 levels.
