•Develop full-scale Programs / Portfolios plans and associated communications documents between Project Managers within those Programs / Portfolios.
•Follow up Projects Status with the Project Managers for leveling their workload and developing their skills.
•Initiate Projects Charter based on Cost-Benefit analysis, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary .and assign Project Manager for the approved Project Charters.
•Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company, outsourcing, and / or determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitment if necessary based on Programs / Portfolios requirements.
•Set and continually manage Programs / Portfolios expectations with Project Managers and Major stakeholders.
•Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
•Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the Project Management Team.
•Approve and track Projects Plan, Schedules, Timeliness and Milestones using appropriate tools.
•Proactively identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

Managing of Portal & e-Services Department, IT Deanship at Qassim University, Leading & Supervising team members organized in multiple sections (Development, Design, SharePoint Development, e-News Portal and supporting Department).
Roles and Responsibilities:
Creates and executes Portal work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
