This project aims to automate 5000 offices all over the country with total budget 37 million EGP. Which planned to be executed in three Phases. Now we are in the second phase achieving 2400 offices with total cost 16 million EGP, I’m managing very strong two teams: In House team (6 persons) and Procurement team (about 16 persons for each phase and the training company team).
Working as Project Manager for Government to Government Project (G2G)
The G2G Project works on linking the various governmental institutions and entities together, and providing an integrated service under the guidance of the political leadership, which calls for the coordination among different state institutions in order to exchange information in a secure environment. This will lead to raising the efficiency of the state’s administrative body as well as simplifying the procedures for citizens.
- This is a mega project which I started from the scratch, I prepared the bidding documentation, recruited a new team, established the Offices (8), bought the tools, prepared the planes (preventive and corrective planes), determined and controlled the budget and Monitored and managed all activities.
- The team was about 1 area manager, 32 Engineers, 32 technicians, 2 supervisor engineers and 2 administrators.
- The budget of the project was about 5 Million EGP.
My grade is Very Good with Honor and ranking the 7th place
