I works in Toshiba - Sharp Elaraby from 2007 To 2013.
In 1st &2nd years I worked a production Engineer I learned and applied how to mange the production operation "Injection molding M/C"(Mold Change "Change Over"- Setting Programing"Robot &Mold"-Six Sigma- Lean Manufacturing.....And So on)? After that in 3rd &4th &5th years I have aim we want get on (Zero Accident -Zero Breakdown) and try to achieve that. I'm putted plan to Decrease or reduce the (Cost-Wastes-Change Over-Defects-Breakdown), Increase the (OEE-Availability-Productivity-Performance Rate), improve the Quality and prevent the (Accident-Problem).
In Jamjoom Medical.
1- Optimizing number of labors in all departments.
2- Increase Productivity to more than 70 %.
3- Production Process Improvement by Lean.
4- Eliminate the Wastes.
5- Action plan to achieve the productivity in time.
6- Improve the working environment.
7- Work on the production line.
