The Scope Of My Work Includes The Following Duties: -
-Lead Team work To Design & WorkShop Drawing Using Computer Aided
Design.
-Time scheduling for engineering, fabrication & erection stages
-Preparing the method statements for both fabrication & erection stages.
-Coordination Between Fabrication & Erection.
-Contacts with different dept. on the company to achieve our clients
requirements.
-Make the all Correspondences with the clients to solve the technical
queries
-Follow Up The Erection Stages & solve erection problems.
-Material Control & Quantity Survey.
-Preparing the job progress reports & invoices
• Create a weekly loading schedule and review all the planned jobs
• Supervise the Technical office workers and Engineers
• Review all the documents for the running jobs and forward them to the chiefs and seniors Engineers in order to continue the jobs’ activities
• Prepare / follow up the reports of materials purchase requests & classified the imported / local materials for each job
• Follow up the Engineering sub Contractors (if any), make sure that the job is running according to the schedule as well as the budget
• Deal / contact with the clients for all the Engineering activities either by correspondences or meetings
• Prepare reports for the manpower (engineers / draftsmen) needed for our departments
• Recruit new Engineers
• Plan with the Engineering Manager Priorities and monitor all the Technical office activities
• Check / follow up with the material control Engineer the store situation, the required / missing Materials for each job
• Check / follow up with the drafts office chief the plates CNC plans, the profiles cutting lists in order to minimize the scrap ratio & control the profiles / plates rests
• Check / follow up the Erection method of statements / The Erection Sequence for the power plants (Abu Qir Boilers Units 6 & 7). Including the main / secondary steel structures, the Air/Gas Ducts, the Piping & the Pressure parts
• Weekly follow up the fabrication activities, solve any queries or missing materials
• Weekly follow up the site activities, solve any technical queries with the construction team
-Supervising/leading the Technical office works and Engineers .
-Prepare all the documents for running jobs and forward them to the
Chiefs and senior Engineers .
