Job Description : Executive Manager
Job role : Responsible for managing design and executive projects, coordinate and manage
all projects and finding solutions unexpected and different to the problems solving, Approve all designs and
work shop drawings and reports and quality documentation in compliance. Achieving objectives are
achieved through the development of plans, budgets and results measurements, resource allocation, Analyse
performance against plans and make adjustments consistent with plan objectives, Manage multiple projects
within the Design Department from concept to production ensuring projects are delivered on time and
budget, Clarify the duties, roles and functions of Design team and executive team members in order to
ensure project deadlines are met in accordance to customer specifications, liaise with clients or consultants
in regard to amendments of project plans whenever necessary.
