•Follow up the work with the punch list and follow with COE to sign the list off.
•Preparing the agenda for the preaparatory meetings and doing the mints of this meetings.
•Preparing and reviewing the site, safty and the work progress.
•Review all shop drawings "HVAC, PLUMBING& Processing" before starting the actual work.
• Review material submittal before submit it to COE office.
•Solving the coordination problems specially if there is any variation or deviation from what submitted before or from the specification.
•Defined and solve the problems between the deferent trades.
•Witnessing the site work test to be complies with the standards and the specification then preparing the test reports.
•Follow up the material status and the schedule arrival and its compatibility with the specification and approved submittals.
•Preparing the daily reports for the above work

I were responsible for every single detail in the site, the site was Sheikh ISA air base Utility improvement in Bahrain. The company was a subcontractor to UIP Company, and the client was NAVAC. I were responsible for
1-Arranging with main contractor regarding the time schedual.
2-Discussing with the main contractor the change order prices.
3-Allocating a perfect local supplier to achieve the required specification with the lowest price.
4-Follow up the technical office activity, and asking for the perfect BOM and the issuing of the PO.
5-Follow up with the supplier the date of the suppling.
6-Follow up with our subcontractor the site work and the progress in site.
7-Allocating and hiring engineering stuff, when it required.
8-Creating the monthly invoice and negotiate it with the main Contractor.
9-Review the subcontractor invoices and revise it then approving it.
10-Follow up the technical submittal issuing and approval.
