IMS & HSE
-Establishing a yearly HSE, IMS and training plans..
-Performing legal & other requirements compliance control.
-Assisting in HSE supervision on site and conducting monthly HSE meetings.
-Providing HSE trainings to all employees.
-Conducting Root Cause Analysis on HSEQ incidents.
-Assisting in Job Hazard Analysis and HSE Risk assessment of management of change.
-Participate Conducting HSE and IMS internal auditing.
-Follow up the Implementation of Emergency drills.
-Establish system for monitoring status of implementation of air liquide standards in all branches (Riyadh - Jeddah-Dammam)

- Manage & implement safety system at factory.

- Apply Safety & environmental standards.( Heinz Standards)

- Apply Safety & Environmental standards ( International standards 18001-14001).

- Represent organization in front of customers for third party audits.

- Manage and approve contractors and follow up contractor's works.

- Implement sustainability plan (According to Heinz's sustainability improvement plan).

- Review the compliance with Heinz's safety improvement plan at factory.

- Identify projects for upgrading and improving the safety at factory ( according to the risk
assessment) and absence controls.
*Samples of achievements projects:
1- Design layout for emergency escape exits ( Emergency doors with panic devices ) :
fixing (7 ) emergency doors.

2- Design human routs (floor marking) with color walkways and physical routs.

3- Upgrade fire fighting system (Hydrant system) inside the factory.

4- Improve access tools (ladders & stairways) for working at height points ( This by risk
assessment).

- Establish risk assessment for all areas at factory ( Working at heights - Confined spaces-
Electrical isolation ( LOTO )- Electrical devices ( portable & fixed ).

- Identify areas of working with work permits and identify access persons.

- Apply inspection for warehouse racking system and upgrade with new.

- Apply out of service cards with colors for all risk areas and tools.

- Conduct training and awareness for all employees (operational & staff ).

- Reporting EHS KPI's to the top management and the corporate.

-Follow up plans and specifications for installations of new machinery or equipment to determine whether all QHSE requirements have been met.
-Monitor the proper use of PPE'S through work activities & testing PPE’S and identifies the safety specifications of PPE based on job analysis & risk assessment.- Monitor the implementation of HSE monthly action plan & report progress.
-Collecting data of monthly safety key performance indicators (KPI'S) (severity, frequency, accidents direct and root cause analysis).-Conduct safety and environment internal audit cycle on each activities based on international Standard (occupational health and safety OHSAS-environment management system EMS ISO.-Approve and follow up safe work at field by insure effective implementation of work permits. Follow up -Complying with all legal requirements related to environment & safety.- Monitor and environmental performance through the environmental measurements in all sites. Dealing with external parties like Egyptian environmental affairs agency and safety industrial offices related to any infractions and negotiation-Identify the specification of fire control system (fire zone alarm- fire extinguisher line -pumping )Principles of assessing and managing contractors -Technical Assessment. of Work Permits Establish HSE Plans, Environmental Plans, Emergency Response Plans, QHSE Incentive Plan, Fire Prevention & Protection Plan, Preventive and Corrective Plan for QHSE Training Needs Analysis,
-Training Courses, Audit/ Inspection Programs, Equipment Color Codes and Work Procedures.
-Provide training on designing firefighting systems weather. Design fire controls program & evacuation plans -Review and update emergency plan as per the updated status-Set & implement the plans of emergency drills & set the corrective actions for noncompliance behaviors as an output for drills. -Design emergency teams and keep updated teams.
