1. Manage large amounts of data and collaborate with Transportation & Planning team to develop annual Logistics Budget.
2. Coordinating between my team and Iraqi Officials Officers (High rank officers) and/or Iraqi Officials Directors from the private sector regarding equipment maintenance and services
3. Updates all the shipments arrival sheets and figure out the deadline.
4. Follow up all the cases and progress of the shipments.
5. Assists in evaluating and planning Host Nation military capabilities and requirements to promote rationalization, standardization, and other cooperation measures.
6. Supports the execution of program management reviews with the Iraqi Army and keeps the beneficiaries advised of the status of their programs.
7. Providing one on one assistance to the end user regarding the technical flaw, either by phone, mails, or in person.
8. Assists in answering inquires, issuing actions; reviewing all incoming and outgoing correspondence for format and accuracy.
9. Build contacts with Iraqi’s Key Leader Engagement including military officers from Ministry of Defense and Government officials such as Artillery, EME, Armored, PMNOC, Chemical, Transportation and supply Directorates to include coordinating joint meetings and interpretation.
10. Coordinating between my team and Iraqi Officials Directors from the private sector regarding equipment maintenance and services.
11. Conducting meeting between my team and Iraqi Officials Directors.
12. Prepare invitations, memos and other correspondence by using Microsoft PowerPoint, outlook, word, and Photoshop in order to use basic numerical skills in preparing guest lists.
13. Regular Visits and meetings with the Iraqi Officials Directors.
14. Report to Mechanical Supervisor for spare parts and consumables required for the activities and update spares availability to cope up with the maintenance requirements.
15. Documents Translation and correspondence.
16. Direct Interpreter / Translator between Foreigners contractors and Iraqi national contractors and other local citizens.
17. Prepare talking points and meeting minutes draft for my supervisors along with cultural guidance and scheduled reports.

1. Perform administrative work, including scheduling, maintaining files and sorting mail for the Human Resources department.
2. Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
3. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and performance evaluations).
4. Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, Scan and forms. Develop and maintain a filing system.
5. Responsible of Input, output and create the items code for all the Items inside the main warehouse and sub warehouses, by using ERB ALPHA system.

Department of Production Engineering and Metallurgy is the largest scientific engineering department at The University of Technology / Baghdad, established with the University in 1975. The department offers unique and rare engineering specialists that are not available elsewhere in the country. There are a Centre library, internet hall and, about 20 specialized engineering laboratories in the department (the largest number at the university with plans for extension). These facilities are used by undergraduate and postgraduate students, technicians, academics and researchers. The department provides both state and private sector industrial companies and establishments with graduate engineers, who are specialized in Production Engineering, Metallurgy Engineering and Industrial Engineering, CAD/CAM Engineering, and Mining & Metal extractive Engineering. Efforts are made to make the academic and research programs and syllabus levels of the department within that of the recognized International Universities standards, which prepares the graduates to manage and solve real practical engineering problems by means of hands-on work, empirical researches and scientific consultancy.
