Managing overall construction processes for Lootah Apartments Tower
2B+G+26 Floors rise building in Motor City / Dubai, in addition to taking the
responsibility to finalize the TOC taking over certificate from Dubai Municipality for
the project of 234 Villas located in Al Quz and Oud Mutteina / Dubai.

The third phase of Jabal Omar project that adjacent to Al Masjid AL Haram of Makkah (JABAL OMAR DEVELOPMENT PROJECT PHASE III) which involved two zones N01 and N06A with a built-up area of approximately 412, 000 M2 consisting of 2 Podiums divided into 12 plates with four luxurious hotels (Hilton & Double tree). The Podiums will embed commercial and retail areas, car parks, hotel lobbies and technical areas. The tallest Twin Towers with 45 floors (Makkah Gate) are a 5 stars hotel later operated by Hilton, while the other Twin with 35 floors towers are 4 stars hotel to be operated by Double Tree. The Hilton Twin Towers shall be linked by a 2 floors steel structure sky-bridge to be used as a "Musallah" or Prayer Hall overlooking Al Masjid Al Haram With free height of 170 M and free simply supported length 50 m and 15 M width. Moreover, the two Podiums are connected by an underground tunnel below a pedestrian boulevard of 600m length connected directly with Haram for easy passage between the hotels and Haram on foot and covered structurally by hollow core precast slab. Project was awarded by SAR 2.7 bn.

The Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority (ADWEA) and the Environment Agency have awarded a Dhs 1.6 bn contract for the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) of the world’s largest strategic water project to a joint venture between Arabian Construction Company (ACC) and POSCO Engineering & Construction Co (POSCO). That project is the first of its kind in the Middle East. It will consist of an underground water aquifer storage facility with a capacity of 27 million Cubic Meter of Desalinated Water (Potable water) and being stored at -85.00 meters below ground Level in the Liwa desert for use "in the event of a water emergency.

Major purpose of the ASR-plant (Aquifer Storage and Recovery) is the infiltration and storage of (27X106 M3) in a shallow dune sand aquifer located in the Western Region of Abu Dhabi (LIWA) and subsequent recovery of the infiltrated DSW (Discharge to Surface Water) using 442 wells with depth of -90 M, and then pumped for emergency to Abu Dhabi City.
Full scope comprises:
4 RC Pumping Stations covered by trussed steel structure.
3 Circular Steel Structure Water Tanks with 35 M Dia. above RC Ring Beam.
442 Water Wells of 90 M deep / Various Dia with top Well Head Champer,
110 KM of 1200MM Dia. Carbon Steel Pipe;
54 KM of 900MM Dia. CS pipe;
HDPE pipe network through the aquifer;
Hydrogeological and Groundwater monitoring of the aquifer;
Geophysical logging of the wells.

1.4 billion US dollars mixed-use development With Area 500, 000 m2 Comprising five towers ranging from 54 to 76 floors exceeding 300 meters Height with large multi five levels podium and four level underground parking with a capacity of more than 3200 cars.
The towers include a high-end hotel with a capacity of 600 rooms, as well as 900 residential apartments, and 65, 000 square meters of office space and includes as well eight unique restaurants, a large ballroom, as well as a private beach with luxurious landscape. The project is a real land mark in Abu Dhabi skyline.The project’s theme concept has been designed by the Australian International design consultant (DBI), sub-consultant by the American international consulting company (AECOM).

Abu Dhabi Central Market Redevelopment Project consists of 3skyscrapers that varies from 58 to 99 stories with a built up area of 560 000 sq. The 99 story residential tower will be 382 meters high and is considered to be the highest in Abu Dhabi.
The overall redevelopment comprises apartments, an Arabian souk, branded retail outlets, grade A office space, world class hotels, and parking for in excess of 5, 250 cars.

• Building with 1 Basement + G + M + 12 typical + Roof located at Abu Dhabi H.H. Mohammad bin Rashid Road.
• Villa compound: 12 Villas with health club and landscape + substation located at Abu Dhabi H.H. 1rst Zayed Road.
• Villa compound: 8 Villas with landscape and swimming pool located at Khalifa City "A".

I have also participated during tender stage and cost analysis before awarding some projects. And managing the projects kick off meetings, preparing full site setup plan and obtain construction permits from authorized aspects.

Responsibility: Construction Manager for all finishing Activities.

Project 2 : 200 villas Compound for H.H. Prince Walid Bin Talal Al Saud
Location : KSA - Riyadh - Al Hair
Position : Deputy Project Manager
Responsibilities : responsible for 200 Villas Fast Track Project assisted by 2 project
Engineers and 4 site Engineers including all the necessary services from car parks and water tanks.

Project 1 : 200 villas Compound for H.H. Prince Walid Bin Talal Al Saud
Location : ARAR (KSA North Border)
Position : Project Engineer
Responsibility: responsible for 106 Villas from A to Z Fast Track Project assisted by 2site Engineers, including all the necessary services from car parks and water tanks.

Project : Mansoura University Oncology Center Hospital
Main Contractor : Al Abd for G. Contracting

Responsibilities:
1- General supervision of the construction including, testing, examination of materials and workmanship, measurement of work carried out and issue of certificates to the Contractor with respect to delegation of power given by the Employer, Prepare all required reports to all parties.
2- Ensure the implementation of construction quality controls including testing, inspection, and acceptance of materials testing and commissioning.
3- Keep the Employer informed of site related matters through weekly meetings and regular monthly reporting and Assist in the enforcement of approved project health, safety, security and environmental control plans.
4- Manage structural Construction records including drawings, specifications and contract documents, Support the Employer in making decisions on construction related issues and Participate in the final inspection, testing, commissioning and final handing over of the works.

Project 2 : Sewage project in Dakahlia - Sherbin
Location : EGYPT -Client : Ministry of local Development
Responsibilities: Assist Project Manager to execute works as per Specs and supervise all trades and subcontractors, the project includes Sewage Lines, Sewage treatment Plant, RC Culvers and Tanks.

Project 1 : The development of secondary school of agriculture.
Location : EGYPT - Dakahlia - Talkha
Client : Educational Buildings Authority (EBA)
Responsibilities: Assist Project Manager to execute works as per EBA Specs and supervise all trades and subcontractors for concrete and Finishing Works.
