Managing 1500HP Hyprid Bomco drilling rig

I've worked as a Senior Toolpusher in ECDC leading a drilling rig with a professional managerial and technical skills

Management of 550 HP work over Rig, technically, administrative, guidance, and keeping all manpower working safely.
Monitoring all manpower performance, & pushing them to achieve the company policy regarding safety & technical points.
Dealing with the CO. Man, owner's representatives, & other services companies smoothly.
Guiding & training for all crew members through the daily safety meetings.
Putting the rig move planes to save time as much as possible.
Monitor all maintenance, safety, inspection, & DDR reports.
Monitoring all well control precautions, primary and secondary ones.
Carry out, kick, H2S, Fire, & rescue case drills to raise all crews readability.

Hold daily pre tour safety meeting.
Hold pre job safety meeting.
Follow up the Co.Man to give the crew the plan to the next job.
Make sure that all tools required for the next job is available & in a perfect condition.
Make sure that all equipment are mechanically working perfect.
Follow up the senior mechanic & his check list.
Activate any observed item to be maintained.
Apply all tender points with the owner company.
Follow up the ton mile schedule & update it to make slip & cut on the right time.
Check the drilling line visually to check if need to be slipped or cut even before the ton mile reach its value.

Managing all crew members.
Apply safety rules.
Make sure that the current operations are going on properly.
Carrying out different drills to raise the crew members readability for any risky situation, kick, fire, H2S....etc.
Making good communication with tool pusher, & Co. Man.
Make sure that all well barriers are ready & in its standard requirements.

Preparing all tools required to the next job, following up safety policy application, communicating with Co. Man, Tool pusher, &the driller.
Teaching all crew members & illustration of what they don't know.
Operating the rig floor instead of the driller when required

Working on monkey board proffisionally, rather than maintaining mud system properly lined up as per operations requirements.
Also guiding drilling crew members

Carrying all jobs related to rig floor, while drilling or tripping.

Monitor all incoming RM & all production stages untill the final product, & follow the customer complaints & how to avoid any complaints in the future
