Responsible for managing and monitoring all the site operation and maintenance activities including plants inspection, developing and implementing modifications, extensions, and improvements to ensure that all activities implemented compatibly with safety rules, Asec site consist of three diesel power plants 41 MVA (18*2 MVA(CAT 3516 +1 CUMMINS QSK60 Gen sets) +5*1MVA(three 3508 CAT +two CUMMINS QST 30 Gen sets Gen set s) used for providing Asec Minya cement factory at Minya-Egypt for the demanded power.
• Manage Planning and implementation(issue SAP Orders ), improve all preventive and predictive maintenance and overhauls of plant, including daily scheduling and planning of maintenance activities with all necessary schedule updates to ensure maintaining the availability of reliable power to the customer in accordance to the load dispatch and contract requirements.
• Troubleshoot, Diagnosing and repair electrical and mechanical faults as well as respond to emergencies when requested or needed.
• Supervised and evaluate operation and maintenance staff by determining workloads and schedule, developed, interpreted and implemented policies and procedures
• Prepare all requested reports detailing all the site operation and maintenance activities
• Maintain records and tracked work orders on SAP program, spare parts and maintenance history of equipment and documented manuals to simplify work for future maintenance departments
• Ordering the consumables, overhaul, unexpected faults spare parts, issue spare parts purchase requisitions and monitoring and tracking of expenditures for the section
• Supervise shift handover/takeover with their reports to give/receive advice on current operating condition
Supervise all operation and maintenance activities to ensure that all activities implemented on time and compatibly with safety rules, NABQ site consist of Four (4) MV Distributer 22 kv 48 MVA (ABB) which feed 120 customer through 15 loop + MV switchgear (LBS, sf6, Nalf& Nal cell)+ 250 km MV Cable 3x240 mm+200 Transformer 22000/380, 220 V.
• Supervise all Operation and maintenance tasks related to MV Distributer.
• Supervise all faults repairing related to TAQA network.
• Supervise survey &connecting new customer in TAQA network.
• Prepare technical reports (annually-monthly-daily) &Customer energy consumption
• Supervise erection of Medium voltage distribution system (ABB) 22kv 45 MVA, 4 Feeder with REF 542+ & REJ 525 Protection system IN 6 OCTOBRE INDUSTERIAL ZOON
