Responsible for effective managing of the logistics, inventory of the main store

• Assists the Warehouseman, Team Leaders, MHE Operators in Loading, Unloading, Segregation, Sorting, and Dispatches.
• Responsible for regular housekeeping tasks
• Undertakes other assignments, or duties as required
• Packing and Re-packing of the wooden cases
• Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with requisitions/delivery sheet.
• Variations and damages are recorded through nonconformance report and followed till closure.
• Items are to be stacked, arranged and verified for specific temperature and stored appropriately.
• Orders are picked as per request from Sales Staff and delivered respectively
• Records receiving, put away and picking activities
• Analyses reports and ensures items are available at stores through requisitions.
• Expiry reports are verified and send to concern staff for appropriate actions.
• Perform weekly cycle counts, quarterly inventory, mid -year inventory, year-end inventory, physical and system inventory and prepare inventory reports
• Maintains relevant documentation
• Maintain stores and record area in a neat and orderly manner.

Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders
• Reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
• Makes internal deliveries of requested materials in the site
• Merchandise and maintains records of all outgoing materials
• Maintain accurate manual and computer records of the inventory
• Disseminate the supply in its designated areas
• Handles and stores materials that require some knowledge of spontaneous combustion, toxicity, fragility, rapid deterioration, contamination, etc.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support other department when required.
• Works within the company’s policies, objectives and quality management system.

* Handling the total time office activity at site level.
* Updating the staff & labor attendance.
* Preparing the daily labor report & monthly labor report.
* Updating & maintaining the labor related documents as per the compliance's.
* Maintaining the compliances of various sub contractors
* Maintains the meeting schedules of a construction project.

* Preparing Materials requisition after receiving request from site & requesting supplier quotation, after
approval of Quotation from upper management processing for Local Purchase Order (LPO) and after
receiving materials making Store Receipt Voucher.
* Updating Stock Position on daily basis (More than 3000 items).
* Preparing Monthly Stock summary report for upper management.

* Coordinated to all agencies to send manpower to distinguished locations.
* Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry.
* Enter data from sources
* Respond to requests for information and access relevant files
* Maintain logbooks or records of activities and tasks
