•Job Title: Construction Manager (Infrastructure +6000Residential villas+ STP)
•Duties:
•Manage the design development of a Zone of 500 villas plus infrastructure and STP from concept design phase up to detailed design phase.
•Conduct value engineering sessions with design team.
•Developed construction plan and managed all detailed Development activities for a Zone of residential villas including infrastructure and STP Plant of capacity 23000 m3 within the project constrains.
•Integrate and coordinate all relevant Engineering work against construction activity to meet assigned milestones as planned.
•Setting up Execution KPI, and ensure integration with other program components
•Plan Procurement and ensure requisitions for all site requirements based upon construction schedule .
•Lead construction activities, Solve site issues and conflicts, adhering with project specs and contractual documents.
•Lead development of safety and quality plans
•Ensure optimum utilization of resources (Manpower, materials and equipment).
•Evaluate daily performance, against productivity rates to control time and cost.
•Conduct daily and weekly progress meeting with construction team.
