Supervise all payroll activities in order to ensure the accurate and timely computation of payroll according to company policies, procedures and labor law.
Tasks:
• Create & review all monthly inputs on SAP payroll system such as Absences, Overtime & Commissions.
• Supervise, validate & finalize (Annual Leaves or EOS) Settlements as per labor law & company policies.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly Payroll reports for audit purposes.
• Manage & validate salary increments and promotions on SAP.
• Check & validate contract salary benefits for new hire employees.
• Manage tasks & responsibilities between staff in Payroll Department.
• Maintain contact with employees regarding their payroll issues or complaints to ensure prompt and effective support and solution.
Tasks:
- Run & review monthly Payroll in Oracle system.
- Manage tasks & responsibilities between staff in Personnel Department.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly report for Payroll.
- Manage employees Annual leave schedules, processing and update all Annual leave issues.
- Supervise, validate & finalize (Annual Leaves or EOS) Settlements
- Following-up and completing the hiring process until the employee's employment file is ready.
- Follow-up performances evaluation for employees & increments.
- Co-operate with Cost Control Dep. about Manpower in projects.
- Make Exit Interview with employees who resigned.
- Manage and Approve employment certificate, income certificate & service certificate upon request
- Preparing training schedule for payroll staff.
- Determining the recruitment needs for the company and its projects.
- Ensure that all employee’s files & records are updated and complete in Archive.
- Follow up all issues related to injuries with Social Insurance & employees claims.
- Knowledge in GOSI and insurance programs.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and other governmental regulations.
Tasks:
- Run Payroll for all company (6500 employee).
- Manage tasks & responsibilities between staff of payroll department.
- Review entering leaves & absence in Oracle.
- Review entering and updating Special Information Types (SIT) in Oracle.
- Train new staff about company rules & internal Administrative system.
- Prepare accruals of (Annual Leaves & End of Service) for more than 6500 employees in company.
- Define salary element, allowances & payment methods in Oracle.
- Review calculating of overtime for employees before entering in Oracle.
- Preparation of the estimated budget for Payroll & personnel department for next year.
- Participated in the development of the internal forms used by the company.
- Follow-up absence & Irregularities of employees & define penalties.
- Follow-up employee’s problems relating to payments and deductions.
- Participated in update the list of the internal workings of the company.
- Follow-up delete terminated employees form social insurance system.
