Responsible for develop and update High-Level plan, Project Execution Plan (Naming convention, model division, zone definition, …etc.) and Organization Chart. Measure project progress and compare against the developed plan. Conduct progress and coordination meeting. Monitor overall performance of the project teams. Validate and identify actual productivity rates and team efficiencies. Responsible for all formal communications and agreements with client. Negotiate main milestones and priorities with client. Communicate resources assignments of the project
Responsible for Develop Mid-Level Plan in coordination, Assign Tasks to Team Members based on the developed Mid-Level Plan, Monitor Team Performance, Manage conflicts between Team Members, Responsible for day to day coordination with other Team Leaders, Review in detail Team Members Technical and Production works, Responsible for Quality Control and Final Review of the Technical and Production Works of Team Members, Responsible for Team’s adherence to Standards and Workflows, Responsible for Discrepancies Status monitoring and updating, Responsible for Submission preparation, Report Company’s Policy adherence issues of Team Members and Conduct Technical Interviews with applicants when required
Responsible for contribute in the services we deliver to our clients for BIM projects. BIM Implementation and Consultations. Execute MEP Projects: Modeling, Coordination, Shop Drawing and BOQ for MEP disciplines. Perform preparation activities (families, templates, …). Responsible for technical support to Autodesk applications. Perform or validate design calculation. Review and extract information from all input data. Identify, document and propose resolution for technical discrepancies.
Responsible for develop detail plan for own tasks. Review and extract information from all input data. Identify and document technical discrepancies. Production of scope (modeling, coordination, shop drawing, BOQ, ...). Check own production meet the required quality standards.
Responsible for technical support to SIEMAENS PLM applications such as Solid Edge and NX including pre-sales, , sales, software installation, customer support, trouble shooting and software customization .
Performing technical demos for lead clients and identify the clients’ needs and provide them with the best solution that fits their needs on order to make them progress towards processes of purchasing.

Provide training for standard courses and tailored courses.
Responsible for preparing offers of tenders and other related documents.
Management procedures such as preparing work plan & training schedules, Organize pre-sales plans & monitoring actions taken, Supervise work flow……. etc.
Assigned to teach the CAD Course using Solid Edge software, Participate in the development of examinations and monitoring of the committees for Exams.
Participated in providing Auto-CAD support as necessary.
