The ALFAPARF Group is an Italian multinational Company operating in the cosmetics industry, health care products and solutions for both hair, body and dermatology.
I have been hired in ALFAPARF as Regional Sales & Account Representative covering the operations in Tunis the capital and managing a portfolio of 90 clients between wholesalers, retailers and prestigious beauty salons. In February 2017, I have left ALFAPARF in order to pursue better professional prospects.
Responsibilities :
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Maintain records related to sales.
• Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
• Inventory stock and requisition new stock
Orange & France Telecom is one of the biggest mobile & internet operators in Europe and around the world. The branch established in Tunisia provides technical support for companies having corporate plans with Orange & France Telecom in B2B relation.
As a helpdesk Support professional, my main tasks was to :
• Act as the focal point for customers request
• Support customers by mail, phone, and through social media
• Manage and follow up tickets ( using the help desk software)
• Direct and result issues to next level support
• Handle companies’ relations, provide technical support IPTV, optic fiber, leased lines, and group mobile plans.
As orange sales representative, I was part of a big sales and business development department. Our main goal was to increase sales volume and market share.

• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Contribute to team efforts in accomplishing organizational goals.
I have founded this small start-up with a friend of mine, which focused on providing e-services to companies .The main service line we provided to our clients was social media accounts management (community manager) website helpdesk support on top of other services, like websites creation and maintenance, etc.
In Leo Communication, I was part of the social media team. We worked closely with companies to promote and manage their digital presence in the web.

While studying in high school and university I had a part-time job as a bank call center representative with Pro2c supporting bank customers in France ( ING Direst Bank, Boursorama Bank) This experience was my first and I learned from it a lot. As sales banking representative my responsibilities was :
• Contact customers to sell credit cards
• Push lawns to bank customers
• Advice bank customers to get additional bank services products.
