projects of hotels, housing, offices…etc. The average investment size is about
21Billions dirhams.

• Piloting building projects as project engineering or delegated project owner,
• Monitoring and establishing the building projects business plans,
• Monitoring, discussing and managing the contracts in all its aspects (legal,
administrative, technical and financial),
• Providing technical and financial assistance to the project owners,
• Assignment and management of 140 collaborators,
• Management of subcontractors,
• Financial budgets follow up analyzing.
Main tasks:
I designed and supervised the Plumbing/HVAC networks. Also the means of firefighting (sprinklers, smoke clearing, the Fire hydrant, dry columns, extinguishers… etc.).
Also, I supervised the design of:
• Steel and concrete structures.
• The architectural design requirements.
• All the external networks.
• Theharbor works.
• Geotechnical studies.
The mission includes the approbation of the optimal technical solutions, and cost assessments and the establishment of the works contracts and the work supervision in Morocco and Europe.
Main tasks :
• Supervision and follow up of the works execution phases at site based on project schedule
• Piping installation projects supervision base on the American standards.
• Scheduling
• Review of welding books, welders certificates in accordance with ASME standard.
• Review and control of material technical specifications to be used in accordance with the ITB as well as API, ASTM, SSPC, & other standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements.
• Inspection and testing works assistance.
I was in charge to manage and realize; the technical preventive maintenance programming for detergent powder making process equipments, directed my team work using the TPM and also I prepared modulate formation on the new installation equipment for the operators. I was managing also the spare parts
consummation planning.
I was in charge to manage the execution work on the work shop and to make the conceptual design for the plastic items mould using CATIA software.
I was the technical support among the commercial management team. My mission was explaining to the clients the new technological process use of the spare parts of the mono-engine jets.
