Roads and Construction.
Royal Commission for Jubail & yanbu (RC). Rehabilitation of Secondary Industrial Roads ( phase II ). Project value 50M SAR (13.333 M $).
The Procurement and Construction (PC) of Rehabilitation of Secondary Industrial Roads (Phase-2) includes the rehabilitation of existing roads, drainage system and overhead sign structures and other roadway features in Jubail Industrial City
Duties and Responsibilities:
• All D.P.Manager responsibilities and obligations.
• In-charge and responsible to manage KAP 5 in Qassim area.
• Planning and supervision for construction of 36 sites, Police center, General security, Civil Defense, Drugs Control, Communication Centers, Roads Security and so like.
• Data collection, checking, compilation, evaluating, analysis and presentation.
• Documentation: arrangement and categories of files assist to attend to incoming and outgoing letters, drawing method statements, manufacture instruction manuals.
• Reporting to P.Manager.
• Checking and approve QMS (Quantity Measurement sheet).
• Assist contract department on claim issues.
• Attending all meetings with Saudi MOI.
• Follow up on daily basis the ongoing construction.
• Reports to head office.

Supervision and following up for all instrumentation (Existening and New), monitoring, installation, checking ….and so like. The Instruments like:
For concrete: Vibrating wire strain gauge, vibrating wire temperature sensor, vibrating wire sister bar, electro level tiltemeter, Accelerometer and so like.
For Embankment: Vibrating wire piezometer, Pressure cell, Stand pipe piezometer Inclinometer … and so like.
