 Detail drawings of each package.
 Structure, foundation, building and drawings of each unit.
 Electrical and instrumentation specification and technical schedule of the plant machinery
and equipment.
 Review all basic and detailed engineering documents/drawings, equipment data sheets
and bill of quantities.
 Attend and witness inspection, testing and trials of various plant equipment and systems
at manufacturer premises
 Review the setup of site organization, overall construction management and periodically
conduct site supervision.
 Provide advice on variation, time extension and various claims.

 Take leading and coordination role on startup, construction and commissioning of each
section of the plant and performance test.
 Advice and setup on the training program in line with contractor scope stated in the

 Project Management
 Finalize of technical details with the contractor and approval of manufacturer and erection
schedule
 Follow and controlling the contract using the state-of-the-art software for project management.
 Review; provide comments and guidance on detail designs for interfacing of various packages.
 Review material and energy balance based on the final machinery and equipment approved for
procurement.
 Review; provide comments and guidance on final plant layout, design, manufacturing and
installation drawings.
 Review list of various construction activities and action plans for mobilization of various
contractors’ resources.
 Monitor contractual details such as performance and advance guarantees, bonds, milestone
payments and contractual variation payments.
 Monitor actual against planned progress and identify activities under critical path and generate
detailed progress report with risk identification and mitigation plan.
 Site supervision
 Supervision of factory civil and infrastructure works.
 Plan layout/allocation of contractor areas and project facilities.
 Advice on temporary measures for arranging temporary roads, power, water and effluent
disposal.
 Supervision of works and coordinate of construction activities.
 Quality control of various works at site.
 Verify progress payments and claims.
 Recording of site diaries and meetings.
 Ensure the contractor comply with safety regulations and standards per the contract and
international practice.
 Plane and coordinate of all site activities for timely completion/ test commissioning of the
