• Follow the contract of the project (BOQ, Design drawings, Scope)
• Follow and revise the composite models, Cable routing models, Electrical rooms, Telecom rooms by Revit program and Navis works program
• Extract clash reports by Navis works and solve all clashes with other disciplines
• Lead BIM team consist of five engineers
• Follow and revise drawings of low current systems and low voltage Systems
• Lead electrical team consist of 8 engineers and 3 draft mans
• Follow up the drawings and submittals with the Consultant
• Coordinate the electrical work between site and technical office, procurement
• Technical Support for installation
• Follow Electrical systems quantity surveying
• Prepare and follow up the electrical purchasing orders
• Set procurement plan and keep updated
• Identify and select vendors to procure materials services meeting criteria of price, quality, availability, and delivery dates and start Sourcing
• Issue technical submittal and covering comments until approval
• Purchase materials (technical/financial comparison, negotiation, follow up material delivery)
• Prepare material budget against BOQ to determine status
• Prepare cash forecast and keep updated
• Manage suppling to site
• Follow schedules, Cost
• Follow the progress
• Follow and monitor the budget

• Prepare Shop drawing and as built of (Lighting system, Power system, Structured cabling system,
Fire alarm system, Access control system,
Public address system, CCTV System, MATV System
• Follow and revise drawings of low current systems and low voltage systems
• Prepare BOQ
• Quantity survey
• Follow up the drawings and submittals with the Consultant
• Technical Support for installation
• Purchase materials (technical/financial comparison, negotiation, follow up material delivery).
• Prepare material budget against BOQ to determine status.
• Follow up with warehouse team and logistic on inventory of items purchased by procurement
department, Follow up supplier’s payments
• Electrical systems take off, prepare and follow up the electrical purchasing orders
