Recruitment & Selection:
• End to End Exit process
• Support the complete HR & Administration activities.
• Sourcing candidates through employee’s reference, Job portals and consultants.
• Screen & match the profile with the requirement and send the shortlisted candidates to the concerned Operation Leads.
• Conducting Preliminary Interview for the shortlisted candidate and send the report to manager
• Organizing the interview and preparing checks & complete all back ground verification formalities before candidate joins the organization.
• Rolling out the offers.
Joining Formalities:
• Ensure that all declarations are filled by the new entrant in joining kit.
• Create and maintain employee personal file.
Induction:
• Induction to new Joiner
• Introduction to Co-Workers and Management
Appraisals and Contract Extension:
• Preparing the list of employee due for confirmation
• Prepare and dispatch the appraisal forms of employee 15days in advance to their respective HOD’s for their recommendations.
• Follow up with HOD’s for their recommendations well in advance.
• Prepare and issue the confirmation/extension/termination letters as recommended.
• Updating and maintenance of annual performance appraisal ratings.
Time office management:
• Ensure to collect attendance inputs of employee form all the maintenance points on or before the cutoff date in the circle.
• Regularly process the attendance on a monthly bases
• Resolve queries on attendance received
• Update the leave records of all employees after calculating CL, VL, and SL etc.
• Providing monthly input to process salary.
Full & Final settlements:
• Ensure the concerned department head and Head HR has duly recommended for resignation acceptance.
• On receipt of recommendations received, forward the standard template of the clearance form and the checklist to the resigned employee, to ensure smooth clearance formality.
• Follow-up and collect the duly filled/signed Clearance Form.
• On receipt of fulfilled clearance form, prepare relieving/service certificate to the employee.
• In case of absconding employee- take a suitable action as per the company policy.
Other Activities:
• Conducting exit interviews.
• Updating and maintain the employee database.
• Handle the queries of the ex-employee regarding their F&F’s settlements
• Providing all the necessary information to the Internal Auditors, like details of cheques recovered, F&F papers etc for ensuring smooth audit
