• Strategically managed the ICT infrastructure, systems and services including the deployment of state of the art facilities and technology equipment. Reported directly to the CEO and Group IT Director.

• Dexterously handled recruitment and training of 17 highly qualified IT personnel to support 1000+ projects across multiple locations across KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain & UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
• Designing, developing, implementing and coordinating systems, policies and procedures. Guaranteeing the smooth running of all ICT systems, network access and backup systems.
• Supervising the planning, management, coordination and financial control and ICT budgeting. Ensuring that objectives are met, the project is completed on time and within budget
• Scheduling upgrades and security backups of hardware and software systems. Establishing contingency and backup plans to minimize downtime.
• Researching new technology and bringing opportunities forward that would improve the future systems architecture, performance and network services. Enforcing preserving of assets, information security and control structures.
• Spearheading the IT department’s procurement initiatives, administering hardware/software procurement, conducting feasibility analysis to prioritize optimized budget allocation and cost-effective vendor sourcing/selection.
• Managing crisis situations, providing technical support, detecting, diagnosing, and troubleshooting/ resolving complex problems using best practices.
• Recruiting, training and mentoring ICT staff. Worked collaboratively with multiple teams to improve and enhance IT core competencies and infrastructure technologies.
• Refurbishing/ restructuring ICT infrastructure leveraging latest technology to improve the stability and enhance performance whilst mitigating cost.

The newspaper has the largest subscriber base in the Kingdom. Because of the modern vision of the latest news, truthfully and honestly Al-Ghad newspaper took a leading position in the Jordanian market in a short period of time.

• Administrated LAN, Network Users, Groups, OU’s, GPO’s and assign securities, file sharing, Disk administration, setting and managing Networks and Dial-up Remote Access Service, VPN, FTP.

database analysis, design, development. As part of ongoing support and implementation of Oracle
ERP / CRM, develop and maintain Oracle reports. Support the ongoing development and
maintenance of Customer Facing Contract Documents and Invoices. .Support other Projects as
assigned including Reporting.
