Provide Legislative and regulation advice to the EFS Management team on all matters relating to HSEQ
• Liaise with registration bodies, customers and suppliers as necessary to resolve problems.
• Responsible for maintaining quality accreditation for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 ensuring
periodic audits are scheduled to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Responsible for implementing and enforcing an internal HSEQ audit schedule to ensure all group
offices are complying with the requirements of quality accreditation.
• Maintain the management system and identify and implement initiatives to improve it including all
procedures, processes, safe systems of work, offering support and advice on Risk Assessments, Method
statements and COSHH.
• Support area offices in respect to third party HSEQ audits.
• Ensure all offices are working in a standardized approach to the quality standards and service delivery
established by the senior board.
• Establish the minimum standard of HSEQ qualifications required by area office representatives,
manage and maintain quality training requirements for office representatives.
• Overall responsibility/ authority for all incidents and accident investigations.
• Advise the group on legislative and regulation updates, ensuring all QMS documentation is kept up to
date as required.
• Client support on HSEQ matters/ Audits
• Advice, guide, support, promote awareness and coach all personnel with the implementation of the
company’s policies and procedures. Complete other projects at the request of the Management.

Implement work as per ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OSHAS 18001 requirements.
- Review, update, and implement QHSE policies & plans.
- Review, update, implement & monitor all QHSE (department’s SOP’s) procedures.
- Carryout the internal audit programs.
- Manage & audit suppliers & sub-contractors (security, landscaping, pest control, garage management
system & waste management)
- Manage safety officers
- Company’s representative in QHSE meetings.
- Ensure staff compliance with QHSE standards & regulations.
- Establish, conduct & attend QHSE trainings as per training matrix.
- Lead incident investigations held by QHSE committee.
- Develop & track health & safety culture.
- Analyse performance rating system (PRS) results & Key Performance Indicator scoring (KPI).
- Review & update risk assessments.
- Monitor & manage PTW & LOTO systems to ensure their effictivness.
- Support other departments to meet their departmental objectives.
- Ensure employees safety & rights as per labour law & international standards.
- Maintain highest health & safety standards as per OSHA, NEBOSH, ILO, HSE executive…etc.
- Comply with local & international legislations.
- Liaise with local authorities when requested.
- Communicate with ministry of labor for any modifications and/or updates regarding health & safety.
