material categories (Aug-Oct) while improving delivery reliability.

strengthening cash flow and supplier partnerships.
-Established the first-ever credit facility with FUCHS, securing a SAR 150, 000 / 60-day credit line
covering four factories.
-Managed end-to-end procurement of raw materials (LDPE, LLDPE, PVC, CaCO₃, stabilizers, inks,
chemicals), ensuring continuous supply for multi-line manufacturing operations.
Identified and qualified alternative suppliers for high-risk plastic sub-components (e.g., CaCO₃ and
stabilizers), enhancing supply continuity and reducing dependency.
-Coordinated closely with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to align monthly and quarterly
forecasts, reducing material shortages and improving planning accuracy.
-Managed PRs, POs, LCs, delivery schedules, and procurement records with accuracy and compliance.
Supported the initiation of the new ERP system by assisting with data migration, supplier master
updates, and procurement workflow alignment

Partnered with the PR department to successfully promote the ISEF Industrial
Engineering Forum, resulting in increased attendance to there events.
Planning and initiating Talent Home, a talent acquisition platform, my main tasks are creating the
business case, developing the project charter, and managing the technical team.

Monitor and analyze production performance using Power BI, identifying trends, tracking KPIs, and
proposing data-driven improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, implement process optimizations, and
support continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.
Ensure production targets are met by maintaining workflow efficiency, minimizing downtime, and
aligning operations with safety and quality standards.
