Baladna is one of the largest cattle farms in the region, provides a wide selection of quality
dairy products. Employees headcount is 1750 employees.
• Implemented SAP SuccessFactors ERP System successfully in the company.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the
organization.
• Assist the HR Director with setting up the KPIs.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and
link it to the payroll and benefits program.
• Leading the HR Business partners team in day-to-day HR operations.
• Preparing the annual manpower budget report and presentation.
• Monitoring the total employees CTC (cost to company) on monthly basis in comparison
to the budget, forecast and revenue targets.
• Address grievances, conflicts, and other issues by applying a strong and fair disciplinary
system.
• Managing employee’s accommodation (camp).
