Manage all accounting transactions
Prepare budget forecasts
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Ensure timely bank payments
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
Manage balance sheets and income statements
Audit financial transactions and documents
Comply with financial policies and regulations
Bank Reconciliation
•follow up on, collect and allocate payments
•monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
•research and resolve payment discrepancies
•investigate and resolve customer queries
•communicate with customers and banks via phone, email, mail or personally
•assist with month-end closing
•Update receivables by totaling unpaid invoices.
•Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
•perform account reconciliations(AR balance confirmation semiannually )
•Apply netting between AR & AP
•Update AR report on weekly base.
•Prepare cash inflow report
•Prepare whole process of customer and supplier registration.
•Review employee's work and provide advice on compliance.
•Develop and implement an effective legal compliance program.
•Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them.
