• Communicating with customers through phone, email, or video conferencing to analyze, configure, and troubleshoot Service Provider Video Networks.
• Troubleshooting Digital Content Managers, ROSA, RF Gateways, Modulators, and various types of Encoders and Decoders.

Trained at the RF Implementation department where I learned configuring new Cells, expanding/reducing number of users in a specific BTS Range, and calibrating cell antenna power. As well as training in the HSPA+ Troubleshooting Department where I learned to troubleshoot WIMAX/HSPA+ routers and dongles.
Trained at the Digital Services Department where I learned how to troubleshoot, update, and configure ADSL routers. Trained as well at the Fiber Optics Department working on implementing and connecting fibre networks. Training as well at Prince Hashem’s Station for Computer Services, which is Jordan’s main ISP.
Worked in Smartvision on the project of BuzzAround Amman, the tourism map of Amman, by selling spots around the map as advertisements to sponsors and clients, and distributing these maps into our outlets.
