In my work in the IMTILAK group, I established the Quality Control and Customer Service department and made many amendments to the work
ways and amendments to the ERP program to raise up the quality of performance in the group and increase customer satisfaction.launch a set of Online questionnaires to measure customer satisfaction in the different stages of service in different departments at group companies. Now works in progress on arrangements and procedures for obtaining an ISO certificate 9001-2015.
My responsibility is to manage APC product (Logistics + Selling + contact
with suppliers + follow up with customers
And my work to find new customers and follow customer’s needs Selling

Prepare reports about customer visits and their needs . Moreover, we

customer’s .home they are mostly NGOS and UN
and using QuickBooks Enterprise for creating quotations, delivery notes
and sales orders, and follow up our inventory
Prepare proposal to the target company that we aim to get their brand, Reviewing agreements with mother companies (Nokia-Samsung -Apple).
Establishment of laboratories for the maintenance of mobile phones with an ESD(electrostatic discharge) specifications + Quality control department+ Customer follow up department + customer care area (waiting area services area\ applications area)+ Store department.
Training new employees on ERB.
