•Using MasterChef software in 3 components:
1. Layout design, created from a built-in CAD library.
2. Electro-mechanical design and schedule from library and from spec sheets.
3. Quotation/offer: create a budget for a layout design or based on a list provided by customer.
•Using autocad software for designing the sites (kitchens and laundries) through choosing their equipments and do their electro-mechanical designs.
•Meeting with clients in-office or on site, for project briefing.
•Manage bids, quotations and proposals for projects in Jordan, Iraq, Qatar and KSA and other countries.
•Maintaining price and spec sheet libraries and utilize them for layouts and pricing.
•Studying the systems of the power station, starting with the Boiler then the Turbine and the sub systems of them.
•Read the charts, the plans and the manual of the systems of the plant and learning through them.
•Monitoring the progress of the systems and the faults through the monitoring systems.
•Participation in the daily and periodic maintenance operations.
I trained in this company (factory) nearly two months, the field of training was between the departments of maintenance and production. Through training, I was introduced to several departments, including the Department of Safety and Quality Department and others.
The main role of my training was as a production and maintenance engineer. The production engineer must keep the production lines operating continuously and not to stop unless in certain cases. He also has to surveillance the performance of the staff workers and he distribute the tasks between them. Either the maintenance engineer bears the maintenance of faults that occur on the production lines, and control technicians whom responsible for the maintenance process.
I finished my university newly majoring in Mechatronics Engineering, got a rate of (3.22 / 4) which is estimate to very good. My study for this field focused on operations control and control systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, interrelationships, automation processes and industrial processes, in addition to other things. Important Topics: Control Systems: System analysis and PID controllers design, Digital controllers such as PLC and PIC micro). Artificial Intelligence such as: Rule Expert System, Fuzzy and Neual Network controllers. Transducers and Interfacing: Dealing with sensors and design their own interfacing circuits. Electrical Machines ,Drive Systems and Electronics.
Got a rate of 91.7 percent in the high school (Tawjihi) / science section.
