Sales Staff Supervision: Overlooking the operations conducted by the sales representatives, ensuring all rules and regulations are abided to, and product-training new hires as well as current.

Product Management: Managing product portfolio, finding new exciting products that would achieve good sales, and inventory monitoring to help move the slow-moving products and keep the stock balance healthy.
