I work closely with the Senior Account Manager to craft and oversee client’s digital communications strategy. I also manage digital campaign execution and mentor the account executives to deliver social media best practices.
I manage social media accounts of a set of clients on social platforms, Live-tweet events, create and implement social media strategies and content calendars.
Throughout my career with AAIB I have overseen the digital marketing for brands AAIB Insurance Brokers and Frontier Travel Insurance. I have led the team in analysing the businesses and identifying the gaps and market opportunities to create the strategy for the next 12 months. Our results net 400% sales increase over the course of the period.
My responsibilities were:
• Boosting company sales by 400% from March 2014 - Present by using and implementing SEO, and Social Media Advertising.
• Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website
• Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website
• Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
• Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC
• Overseeing the social media strategy for the company
• Managing online brand and product campaigns

Led the team through our most challenging year at the company, achieving sales of 1.2M JD annually, an increase of 30% over the previous year.
Sales Staff Supervision: Overlooking the operations conducted by the sales representatives, ensuring all rules and regulations are abided to, and product-training new hires as well as current.
Store Display: Ensuring the showroom abides by Apple’s guidelines.
Customers Assistant: Assisting customers in pre-sales and after-sales. Weekly follow-up with VIP customers.
Stock Management: Manage the showroom’s stock and inventory liaising with the finance department.
Sales Reports: Manage sales reports between iSystem and their suppliers in Dubai on a weekly basis, in addition to bi-monthly reports for the direct manager.
Marketing Campaigns: Manage marketing campaigns provided by Apple covering all aspects from communication with Apple, editing, and executing the campaigns. Managed the Social Media marketing to reflect their brand identity online.
Product Management: Managing product portfolio, finding new exciting products that would achieve good sales, and inventory monitoring to help move the slow-moving products and keep the stock balance healthy.
Workshops & Events: Responsible for managing and organizing the company’s workshops and events.
