- Placed the JRF among the World Top 500 NGO on NGO Advisor website through creating a complete profile on the website.
- KPIs reporting on a monthly basis by monitoring organizational performance against JRF set targets, through the development of the Annual Action Plan and KPIs system.

o The Lazord Fellowship is a program that provides young graduates in the MENA region with professional and civic skills through a one-year-long job placements, mentoring, and training by local partners. Some of the training that I had:
- Report writing, proposal writing, research techniques, financial regulation, time management and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
o Conducted a study that aims to exploit student’s free time by engaging them into their communities by utilizing schools and governmental youth centers programs and activities.
Transportation engineer manager specialization. The studies were carried out with regard to transportation policy, transportation development, transport safety-related economic questions, regulation methods, environmental effects, process management, financing techniques, integrated intermodal transportation systems, human resource management and management of transportation and logistics services.
Highways and Bridges engineer specialization. The studies were carried out with regard to engineering economy, highway & airport Pavement Design, traffic engineering, foundation engineering, soil mechanics, structural analysis, building construction, transportation engineering, concrete technology, construction management, water supply & sanitary engineering, pre-stressed concrete and bridge engineering.
