• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and products
• Report customer complaints to the Customer Care Team
• Perform the related CRM tasks/activities
• Close customer deals

· Maintains complete and supported records of all sales agreements, contract and quotations for the hotel
· Visiting new potential clients to increase hotel revenue
· Assist in consolidating and preparing sales report
· Achieving monthly sales target
· Assist to conduct extensive competitors research in the market
· Be aware of community, business, political and social factors that may affect the hotel’s financial performance

Communicate with customers to collect their forecast & orders.
