• Review of entries posted by other modules in ERP (Cost Management, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables and Payroll), prepare and pass adjusting entries to ensure that the cost / expenses are charged to the right cost centre.
• Pass routine journal entries for monthly operational accruals of the company.
• Passing and check Revenue and COGS entries for projects and ensuring that the COGS are booked against appropriate accounts.
• Monitoring and Controlling Projects Work in Progress (WIP) accounts and Passing necessary adjusting entries to net-off / remove Accruals against WIP.
• Check the Trial Balance for the end of each month to ensure all accounts are show in right way.
• Prepare Monthly Quarterly reporting (IS, BS and cash flow).
• Check Petty Cash entries ensuring that the expenses are charged to correct and appropriate cost centers.
• Adding assets (Property and Equipment) in the system.
• Prepare the yearly budget & Monitor the budget for PR .
Currently, I am pursuing Bachelor in Accounting from Saudi Electronic University. (Started in September 2012 and expected graduation date is August 2016)
