• Establishing and managing the project scope, schedule, budget, resources, project risk and issues and deliverables as per the GACA Project Delivery Framework standards and processes.

Warehousing and Cataloging Director:
• Developing and maintaining KPIs with respect to logistics, warehouses & cataloguing department objectives. Scheduling work and managing, coaching, mentoring, and developing staff to achieve prescribed objectives.
• Propelling growth through the day-to-day management of the warehouse. Ensuring appropriate storage stored and protection against environmental hazards to prevent deterioration and safeguarding warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
