Primarily responsible for Mechanical design and consultancy work, including systems design, production, specifications and schedules and provide reports and advice to clients.
Coordinate with other internal and external design team members, and also represent the business at meetings.
Assume a responsible attitude to project management and actively organize training for subordinate staff.
Actively responsible for application and maintenance of all Quality System procedures.
Competently comply with all security procedures and commercial in-confidence restrictions associated with work duties.
Proactively contribute to the maintenance of the highest possible standards of design by maintaining a good working knowledge of proven building services systems and new developments in Building Services Industry.
Put in illustrious efforts to undertake project risk assessments to ensure safe installation and operation.
Set a high standard of accomplishment in measuring the performance of mechanical components, devices and engines.
Communicate budgets, timescales and specifications with clients and managers.
Utilize strong background to maintain and modify equipment to ensure that it is safe, reliable and efficient. Demonstrate expertise in testing, evaluating, modifying and re-testing products.
Draw up plans to ensure construction operations are in compliance with project specification and quality of installations.
Provide on-site Management and quality control to ensure projects meet time and budget requirements, and are built in accordance with contract documents.
Responsible for Hazard Identification and Risk assessments for all project activities.

Managing manpower and equipment based on site requirements
 Coordinating with civil zone managers to ensure continuous work front for installation team
 Monitoring material, consumables, and tools availability in coordination with stores/procurement
 Highlighting material requirement based on site priorities
 Providing technical guidance for mechanical site engineers
 Conducting meetings (progress, safety, coordination, and technical meetings)
 Coordinating with technical department to ensure value engineering during shop dwg. submittals

Liaised with suppliers in order to make sure technical material submittals comply with project specs.
 Submitted technical queries in terms of design requirements and project specs.
 Prepared detailed material take off based on system and material type for the overall project.
 Coordinated with other contractors onsite to speed up material submittal approval.
 Placed orders based on approved shop drawings and material submittals (GRE, Ductile, Pre-insulated carbon steel, valves, strainers, flow meters, various fittings, fasteners and so forth)
 Reviewed shop drawings prepared in order to implement proper value engineering.
 Maintained proper material control through highlighting/incorporating any revised drawings/quantities
 Organized delivery schedule with suppliers based on construction requirements.

Installation & testing of the following:
Subsoil, Waste Water, Sanitary & Grey Water drainage networks
Domestic hot & cold water distribution networks
Lifting Stations, Water Pumps, Fiberglass Water Tanks, Oil interceptors
Cooling system (Chilled Water network, Duct network, Terminal Units, Heat Exchangers)

Installation & testing of Mechanical Systems and networks for all Mechanical disciplines:
• HVAC
• Plumbing
• Fire Fighting
