•Development Implementation of integrated Project Quality Management System with QSGTL EPCM, Suppliers and Construction Contractors to achieve Goal Zero (No Harm, No Leak, and No Defect).
•Define quality intervention levels and implementing continuous improvement (CI) programs that optimize cost and added value.
•QMS Implementation throughout project phase.
•Develop and Implement of Project QA/QC plans for all projects.
•Provide input and support the subcontractor/supplier evaluation processes and monitor subcontractor/supplier performance.
•Manage the Vendor/Supplier Inspections at various global locations. Follow up for Inspection programmers for Long Lead Items.
•Pro-actively supports the Engineering/Project Director to achieve project and Organizational quality deliverables.
•Lead and Participate in Change Management Process (MoPc) ensuring changes are managed from inception to implementation.
•Participates in project meetings as necessary to support Project delivery.
•Maintain effective interfaces and relationships within/between disciplines, and peers in other projects teams and Customer Assets and supports for Flawless execution of the projects.
•Coordinating with SHELL global teams for various QA/QC related functions.
•Monitor all the quality site inspections through the QA/QC discipline Leads & coordinators.
•Lead and Participate in Change Management Process ensuring changes are managed from inception to implementation.
•Contribute in Project Lessons Learnt Process

•Attend Welding Procedure Qualification testing and Welder Qualification testing and review WPS/PQR as per relevant Project specification and code
•Estimation of welding consumables for new projects
•Preparing Welding Procedure Qualification Record(PQR), Performance Qualifications(WPQT).
•Quality procedure implementation and ensure defect free work
•Interpret/Review NDT reports and maintains all related file and records
•Witness pressure testing (hydrostatic testing, pneumatic testing, leak testing etc) of piping spools, valves and etc. at workshop and piping system at site
